About The Position

Endeavor HCBS is hiring Direct Support Providers to work 1-on-1 with individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings across the Valley. This role offers SPED professionals the opportunity to focus on individual progress rather than managing a full caseload or classroom, allowing for the full implementation of individualized goals and fostering more meaningful connections and measurable progress. The position offers flexible scheduling and aligns with the core reasons individuals enter the special education field.

Requirements

• Experience in special education, behavioral health, or related field preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Strong communication and consistency
