About The Position
Endeavor HCBS is hiring Direct Support Providers to work 1-on-1 with individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings across the Valley. This role offers a unique opportunity for Special Education Professionals to transition from managing classrooms to providing focused, individualized support. The position emphasizes implementing habilitative and life-skill goals, supporting communication, behavior, and social development, and working directly with families to help individuals build independence and confidence. It's an opportunity to use your training as intended, making a meaningful impact one person at a time.
Requirements
- Experience in special education, behavioral health, or related field preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Strong communication and consistency
