About The Position

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) position is to perform supervised tasks related to delivery of health and personal cares, therapeutic, behavioral, recreational, and leisure activities for the adults in Taylor Made Living (TML), contributing to the overall Individual Service Plan (ISP), positive behavior support (PBS) plan, and individual specific plans. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
DD modules completed or ability to complete
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Ability to learn and perform personal care, education and therapeutic programs
Ability to learn and comprehend medical terminology
One year’s experience working in the developmental disabilities field
