It's about helping individuals with developmental disabilities build confidence, experience their community, and live fuller lives. At Endeavor HCBS , we are expanding in Phoenix and looking for experienced DSPs who are comfortable transporting members and want to be part of a team that truly supports the work they do. What Working With Endeavor Looks Like We believe DSPs do their best work when they feel supported-on and off the road. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Comfortable transporting members in the community
• CPR/First Aid & Article 9 certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
