About The Position

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support people served as they learn and develop daily living skills and life activities, enabling them to live as independently as possible. The role involves helping people identify and pursue personally important goals, monitoring their comfort and safety, and supporting their medical, nutritional, and personal care needs. DSPs also provide emotional support and assist with general housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry. The position is suited to someone who is passionate about helping others, communicates clearly, manages time and competing responsibilities effectively, is reliable and proactive, and values inclusion. Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Valid U.S. driver's license where applicable.
Desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about timelines, challenges, and questions.
Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to exceed expectations and take initiative.
Ability to perform the physical activities and lifting, pushing, pulling, and transfer tasks described in the posting.
