About The Position

I Am Boundless is a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and has served Ohio for more than 40 years. The organization’s mission is to build a world that realizes the boundless potential of all people. As a Residential Specialist, the employee provides direct programming and/or dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping, or other support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The listed schedule alternates between two weeks: 11 p.m.–7 a.m. with Sunday and Tuesday off in week one, and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. with Saturday and Tuesday off in week two. Candidates selected for pre-employment screening must complete a background check, drug screen, and health screen, as applicable to the role. I Am Boundless is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
