About The Position

I Am Boundless is a nonprofit organization serving Ohio for over 40 years and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Residential Specialist provides direct programming and/or dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping, or other support to people with I/DD. The listed schedule is 11 p.m.–9 a.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written. Candidates selected for pre-employment screening must complete a background check, drug screen, and health screen as applicable.
