About The Position

Clarvida is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals in residential programs across Pennsylvania. This direct care role supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living more independently and participating in their communities. The position requires reliability, empathy, and a commitment to service. The work takes place in a residential program or intermediate care facility in Pennsylvania. The listed compensation is $16 per hour. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience in direct care or behavioral health services.
Familiarity with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) populations and residential care settings.

Responsibilities

Provide daily care and supervision in a residential setting.
Support individuals in achieving independence with daily tasks and routines.
Encourage participation in social and community activities.
Monitor individuals’ health, safety, and well-being.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and agency policies.
Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and report concerns to the Program Specialist.
