About The Position
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are needed for 3rd shift (overnight) full-time and per diem positions. This role involves providing compassionate care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during critical overnight hours. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, awake overnight staff member comfortable working 3rd shift schedules, capable of maintaining a calm, safe, and supportive environment throughout the night.
