Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- valid Indiana driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- active auto insurance
- current vehicle registration
- a clean criminal history and driving record

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care support.
- Complete and maintain accurate daily documentation and reports.
- Provide transportation to work, community activities, and medical appointments as needed.
- Support individuals in learning about and preparing healthy meal options that encourage overall wellness.
- Demonstrate flexibility in changing situations and adapt to individual needs and daily routines.
- Participate in required meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
