About The Position
We are hiring for 3rd shift Direct Support Professionals, with both Full Time and Per Diem shifts available. This role is for individuals who thrive on overnight shifts and want a career that makes a difference. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide compassionate care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during critical overnight hours. We are specifically seeking dependable, awake overnight staff who are comfortable working 3rd shift schedules and can provide a calm, safe, and supportive environment throughout the night.
