A mentor who supports adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) in their home or at activities in the community. This role is great for people who enjoy helping adults grow, learn, and build confidence in the community. Because our participants love getting out and exploring, this position works best for someone who can drive and has access to a reliable car. If you’ve supported an adult, child, sibling, or loved one with daily routines, communication, or personal care — your experience is incredibly valuable here. If you’re exploring psychology, education, ABA, social work, or human services, this role provides strong hands‑on experience. We provide in person and virtual training, clear expectations, and ongoing coaching so you always feel prepared.
