About The Position

Full-Time Front-End Nights- Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at One Vision are responsible for assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently. This role involves supporting daily living tasks, encouraging personal growth, facilitating recreational activities, driving individuals to various locations, and maintaining accurate electronic documentation. The position offers a new 12-hour shift model designed to support work-life balance and make a lasting impact in the lives of others.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
• Comfortable with basic technology for documentation
• Must pass background checks and health screenings
• Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us)
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
