About The Position

Full-Time Back - End Nights - Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are responsible for assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently. This role involves hands-on support with daily living tasks, encouraging personal growth, supporting community involvement, driving individuals to various locations, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with personal finances and grocery shopping. The position offers a new 12-hour shift model designed to support work-life balance and provides a consistent schedule. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
Comfortable with basic technology for documentation
Must pass background checks and health screenings
Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us)
