About The Position
Endeavor DDD is seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) with a current Prevention & Support (P&S) certification. This role involves providing personalized support to individuals in their homes and communities, encouraging independence, assisting with life skills and personal care, taking individuals out for activities, helping them achieve personal goals, and documenting services. The position emphasizes building trusting relationships and utilizing P&S training. Every day offers unique challenges and rewards as each individual has distinct goals and abilities.
Requirements
- Current Prevention & Support (P&S) certification required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
- Ability to provide safe, respectful, and person-centered support
- Female provider preferred
