Direct Support Professional (DSP) - 2nd Shift Full Time
About The Position
We are Hiring: Direct Support Professionals. This role is located in Westampton, NJ, within the Adult Residential department. The hourly rate is $19.06-$19.44/hr. The schedule is Full Time, specifically Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Thursday and Friday 2pm-11pm, and Saturday 11am-11pm. Bancroft is seeking Direct Support Professionals who are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, finding purpose, and making a real difference in the lives of others. Bancroft is a leading service provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities, or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.
Requirements
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
