About The Position

Join Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health for a job fair on June 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Taylor Salem Building, 139 Leopard Rd, Berwyn, PA, 19312. On-the-spot interviews will be conducted. This role is for individuals who want to make a positive impact on the lives of adults served by Devereux, helping to create meaningful and productive lives. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with dedicated professionals in the Behavioral Healthcare field. Devereux offers comprehensive training in crisis prevention/intervention, trauma-informed care, CPR, and first aid, as well as flexible schedules. Available shifts include full-time, part-time, and on-call, with day shifts (7 am-3 pm), evening shifts (3 pm-11 pm), and varied weekend shifts. Pay rates for full-time and part-time positions range from $17.25 to $19.67 per hour. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The team of over 900 staff works towards the happiness, self-fulfillment, and social integration of each adult in the community. As a direct support professional, you will assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation, and documentation (shift reports, incident reports, individual progress reports). You will also maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of the individuals served. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required (diplomas acquired outside of the US must be evaluated).
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of human service experience working with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
