About The Position
CCARC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join their team. DSPs will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, day, or employment programs, helping them live meaningful, fulfilling, and independent lives.
Requirements
- Ability to support individuals with varying needs
- Valid CT driver’s license required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living activities
- Encourage independence, skill-building, and community involvement
- Assist with medication administration and transportation
- Complete documentation and maintain a safe environment
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
