About The Position
Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (Front-End Days) are needed for a new 12-hour night shift schedule in Fort Dodge homes. This schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind-3 nights on, then the rest of your week free! As a DSP, you'll make a direct impact every shift, helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their most independent, fulfilling lives. One Vision is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our new 12-hour night shift schedule in Fort Dodge homes.
Requirements
- Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license & auto insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support mobility as needed.
- Comfortable using a computer/device for documentation.
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
- Willing to complete required job training and certifications.

Responsibilities
- Provide support with daily living needs (meals, hygiene, housekeeping, and medications).
- Encourage independence, self-confidence, and personal growth.
- Support community involvement and recreational activities.
- Drive individuals to appointments, outings, and events.
- Keep clear and accurate documentation using electronic systems.
- Assist with finances, grocery shopping, and household responsibilities.
