About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes. The role involves offering mental/behavioral health care and supporting individuals in their homes and communities. BAYADA is a long-standing home health care provider with a positive work environment and a commitment to its care team.
Requirements
- At least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes.
- Provide mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD.
- Work independently in a client’s home/community.
