Fraser is hiring motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) to work Full or Part-time with clients in a group setting within group homes and apartments with a flexible biweekly schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about using their abilities to provide high-quality care and make a lasting impact on the lives of adults and families with diverse needs. Fraser deeply values its DSP’s and takes pride in helping develop entry-level employees into professionals. As a Float DSP, you will provide temporary direct support, including excellent supervision and support for individuals receiving Community Living services and their families by effectively implementing service plans. Float DSPs must be able to work in multiple locations and times on Saturday and Sunday, with schedules potentially changing at the last minute, though schedules will be created a month ahead of time. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with post-secondary coursework preferred for Float DSP positions. Fraser is Minnesota’s leader in autism, mental health, and disability services — and one of the few Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) in the state. As a nonprofit organization, we provide integrated community behavioral healthcare that improves quality, accessibility, and coordination of care. We lead with compassion, innovate with purpose, and fight for inclusion — every single day.
