About The Position
AHRC New York City is holding a VIRTUAL HIRING EVENT for Full & Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions for multiple QUEENS Residences. The pay rate is $20-$20.96 per hour depending on the position and residence placement. All positions include a full Benefit Package, which includes FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work weekends.
- Valid NY or Tri-State drivers license for more than one year, in good standing.
- Professionalism; integrity; excellent communication skills.
- Patience is a MUST!
Nice To Haves
- Personal or Professional experience supporting People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supporting neurodivergent children and adults (those with autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and other disabilities) through a broad spectrum of services.
