About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Boyertown, PA. As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion, mentor, and advocate for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities—helping them reach their full potential. We are currently looking for experienced and reliable DSPs to support a male client in Boyertown, PA through various shifts: Weekends and weekdays available. Overnights available (AON, 10-hr shifts). Must be experienced with behaviors. Shifts also available part-time in Pottstown, Royersford, Schwenksville, and more throughout Montgomery County!

Requirements

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (autism, down syndrome)
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Must be experienced with behaviors
• Ability to transport clients to community outings if working dayshift

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities
