About The Position
Mains’l Services is seeking Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSP). As a Direct Support Professional at Mains’l Services, you’ll be part of moments that matter while supporting people to live full, meaningful lives. You’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.
Requirements
- Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- 18 years or older
- A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS
Responsibilities
- Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
- Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
- Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
- Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
- Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
- Accurately document care and daily activities
