About The Position

This is a part-time position primarily responsible for providing quality care, direction, guidance, and assistance to customers with their daily activities. This includes personal care such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, and medication management. The role also involves helping customers make and keep appointments, providing transportation for errands, serving as a companion, and assisting them in achieving goals to improve their quality of life and community integration. Daily written updates are required via an online platform, and the professional must observe the customer's condition and surroundings to ensure safety, including monitoring equipment. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion.
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community.
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform.
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
