Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required
• Ability to pass a state required background check
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)

Nice To Haves

• Patient and willing to allow the client time to explain their needs and wants
• Willing to be active with the client and go outdoors (weather permitted)

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client)
• Help clients get into the community and stay engaged
• Follow care plans and goals
• Communicate with families and your team
• Complete notes and documentation
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times
