Your Unique Schedule: This role features a bi-weekly rotating schedule designed to give you consistent hours while maintaining your work-life balance: Week 1: Mon (8a-4p), Tue-Thu (10a-6p), Sat (4p-Midnight) Week 2: Tue-Thu (10a-6p), Sat (8a-Midnight)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and auto insurance.
- A compassionate heart and the physical ability to assist with client transfers (if needed).
- Reliability and a commitment to helping others grow.
- Satisfactory results on a background check.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily goals like grocery shopping, cooking, and community social outings.
- Assist with hygiene, medication administration, and mobility (including Hoyer lifts and transfers when needed).
- Follow and document progress on Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) to ensure every client's unique needs are met.
- Transport clients to appointments and local events.
