About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independently, building confidence, and experiencing meaningful moments every day. No experience needed - paid training provided. Full-time benefits and consistent scheduling. Work only 3 days per week, with 4 days off every week. This role offers consistent full-time scheduling with built-in overtime pay opportunities. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs
• Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications

Nice To Haves

• No previous DSP experience needed
• No healthcare experience required

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independently in their home
• Assist individuals with shopping, cooking, and managing daily routines
• Accompany individuals to appointments and community activities
• Help individuals build confidence and life skills
• Support individuals in experiencing new opportunities and meaningful moments
• Support medication administration and health-related needs
• Complete electronic documentation and service notes
• Assist with household routines and daily living activities
• Respond to behavioral or emergency situations using provided training
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with the individuals supported
