About The Position

Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Front End Days Garner, Iowa Schedule Example: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday Starting at $17.00/hr Average Weekly Earnings: $714/week ($19.83/hr average based on 36 hours) More Time Off. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs
• Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications
• Compassionate and dependable

• Comfortable supporting others with daily activities

• Support medication administration and health-related needs
