About The Position
One Vision is introducing a new 12-hour shift model designed to support work-life balance while giving you the chance to make a lasting impact. They are hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for their Back-End Day Schedule in Mason City homes. This role is for individuals who want a career where every shift matters and every day changes lives.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
- Comfortable with basic technology for documentation
- Must pass background checks and health screenings
- Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us)
