About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team throughout Blue Springs, MO areas. BAYADA caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. Requirements

One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
Accompany clients on errands and appointments
Spend time on the favorite hobbies and activities of the client
Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
Participate in community integration activities
