About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join their team in Chester County and Delaware County, PA. These special needs caregivers work one-on-one in home and community settings, serving as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them achieve their full potential. Requirements

One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
Accompany clients on errands and appointments
Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
Participate in community integration activities
