About The Position

EdAdvance is one of Connecticut's six Regional Educational Service Centers (RESCs). EdAdvance is also a partner in the RESC Alliance and works collaboratively with the other RESC groups to support state-wide initiatives. Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy helping others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized and adapt to different situations
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)
• Valid Connecticut driver's license with reliable transportation and active auto insurance
• Willingness to transport individuals (mileage reimbursement may apply, if applicable)
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and assisting individuals as needed
• Ability to perform physical interventions (training provided)
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential
• Position requires documentation and compliance with state program standards
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
