Key responsibilities include delivering support per individual service/program plans, assisting with daily activities, documenting progress, managing individuals' assets, maintaining professional relationships, reporting incidents, and respecting the rights of individuals served. The role also involves healthcare responsibilities such as accompanying individuals to appointments, administering medications, monitoring health, and preparing meals. Employment responsibilities include attending training, working scheduled hours, and contributing to a safe workplace. Maintenance duties may include vehicle safety, housekeeping, and minor repairs.
