About The Position
Self-Direction DSP - Clay Ny Area (Job #EH-NJ) We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join a self-directed support team. This position is currently per diem/fill-in with the potential for additional hours and regular shifts. Applicants must complete the employment process through our Fiscal Intermediary (FI), Arise, and meet all required hiring standards. We are seeking individuals who are committed to providing person-centered support, promoting independence, and helping an individual thrive in their home and community. Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass all required background and employment screenings
- Must meet all Arise FI employment requirements
- Effective communication and organizational skills required
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule required
- Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred
- Experience working in a self-directed home setting preferred
- Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred
