About The Position
RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position to join our Direct Support Professional (DSP) team in West Boylston, MA. Our Adult Program supports individuals ages 22 through end of life with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are committed to fostering independence, meaningful work, strong family connections, and active community engagement for those we serve.
