About The Position

Bost is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals to work directly with individuals and their families to support and maximize each individual’s quality of life. The role provides in-home assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. Direct Support Professionals also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work and other activities. They support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff. The schedule is to be determined and is 30 or more hours per week. The posting lists a 1:1 rate of $15.50 per hour and a group rate of $16.00 per hour; the salary description lists $15.50 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check, and drug screening.
