About The Position

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports people in reaching personal goals, making choices, and living as independently as possible. The role assists with daily activities, promotes community involvement, and helps maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Paid training is provided, and prior experience is not required. The position is available full-time or part-time in Depew, NY, and surrounding areas, with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Pay is $19.00 per hour, increasing to $20 per hour after successful completion of a six-month probationary period.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license that meets agency policy.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
