About The Position

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides “hands on” direct service to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. They are responsible for carrying out the day to duties necessary for the program to operate smoothly and to implement services in a manner consistent with the agency’s mission, vision, and values. Schedules include day/evening/nights, weekends, and company recognized holidays.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Age: Eighteen years of age or older
• Ability to Drive: Valid Driver’s license
• Health: Certification from a licensed independent practitioner that the person is free of contagious disease
