About The Position

The Direct Support Professional will be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well, develop meaningful relationships with individuals served, experience ownership and trust, take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities, and support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role also includes assisting people with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
