COC is an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of adults with developmental/intellectual and/or physical disabilities. Our In Home Support Program is hiring for Direct Support Professional's to work directly with clients in their homes and responsibilities vary from one client to another as we support a diverse array of individuals with things such as: teaching new skills, providing transportation to appointments, grocery shopping, helping with cleaning and organizing their homes and laundry, hiking and exploring the outdoors, performing medication passes, pursuing individual interests, or simply hanging out and talking.

Requirements

• Pass a pre employment background check
• Be over the age of 18
• Have a valid drivers license
• Have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Teaching new skills
• Providing transportation to appointments
• Grocery shopping
• Helping with cleaning and organizing their homes and laundry
• Hiking and exploring the outdoors
• Performing medication passes
• Pursuing individual interests
• Simply hanging out and talking
