About The Position

Grow Developmental Disability Solutions is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with children and/or adults with developmental disabilities. This role involves making a difference in individuals' lives by supporting them to live more independent and fulfilling lives. As a person-centered agency, we focus on providing respectful, dignified support tailored to each individual's goals. The DSP will work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD), assisting with daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals in an engaging, respectful, and empowering manner. This is a meaningful role where your contributions truly matter each day.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required
• Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)
