About The Position

Bost is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work directly with individuals and their families to support and maximize the individual’s quality of life. This role involves providing in-home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities. Additionally, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning.
• Administer medication.
• Assist with personal care.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community.
• Provide transportation to work or other activities.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.
