About The Position

ETTA's Support Staff Inspire and guide adults with special needs to realize the possibilities, expand their horizons, and achieve their goals. Members of ETTA's Day Program Team, Assist Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to Live More Independent & Enriching Lives. ETTA, a unique and respected non-profit, has been making a positive difference in the lives of adults with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1993.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be a licensed driver for a minimum of three years
Must have an insured vehicle with your name listed as an authorized driver
Must be willing to drive with a client in your vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
Must be willing to perform "personal hygiene" tasks (including toileting assistance, if occasionally needed)
Live Scan (DOJ / FBI) background check required

Patient and motivational.
Ability to use instincts to sense what is needed at any given moment and adjust accordingly.
Enjoys physical exercise (i.e. going for a walk), appreciates music, and engages in fun activities.
