About The Position
One Vision is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Front-End Days schedule in Webster City. Work three consecutive daytime shifts while building a meaningful career that supports both your life and the lives of others. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring strict adherence to safety protocols, including driving, medication support, and direct care responsibilities. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks and health screenings.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Basic computer and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and housekeeping
- Assist with medication self-administration
- Transport individuals to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Complete accurate documentation and support person-centered goals
