About The Position

Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Front-End Nights Garner, IA 12-Hour Shifts | Saturday Night - Tuesday Morning 36 Hours/Week | Earn $714 Weekly Compassionate Care Meets Work-Life Balance At One Vision, we believe great care starts with a healthy work-life balance. We are currently hiring Full-Time DSPs for our Front-End Nights schedule, working three consecutive 12-hour shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights in our Garner homes.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
Successful completion of pre-employment background check and health screenings
Completion of required training and certifications
This is a safety-sensitive position and requires strict adherence to safety protocols, particularly when supporting individuals, administering medications, and operating a motor vehicle

Basic computer skills for electronic documentation

Responsibilities

Support individuals with daily living activities, including housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication self-administration
Learn and support each individual's unique abilities, preferences, and personal goals through a person-centered approach
Encourage community involvement by transporting individuals to appointments, activities, and errands such as grocery shopping
Assist with financial-related tasks as appropriate
Complete, accurate, and timely documentation, including service notes and healthcare-related records in compliance with regulatory standards
