About The Position

Guided Care Services is seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community-based settings. DSPs play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals we serve.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
• Must pass background check
• Must be reliable and able to report to scheduled shifts
• This position requires dependability and professionalism . Frequent call-outs, tardiness, or no-shows will not be tolerated.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Provide supervision and ensure safety
• Support community outings and engagement
• Complete daily documentation and reports
• Follow individualized service plans (ISPs)
• Maintain a respectful and professional environment
