About The Position

We are seeking a Full Time Personal Supports (DSP) to provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning. Support a woman in the Bel Air area with activities at home and in the community. Work on skills to increase independence at home and in the community. Staff should be patient, respectful, trustworthy, and able to encourage and participate in living a fun and fulfilling life.

Requirements

High school degree/GED
Current driver’s license with less than three points on the driving record.

Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
Assisting with the development of meaningful and personal relationships

Providing hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities
Assisting with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
