As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play an essential role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health challenges, and forensic histories live successfully and independently within their communities. The Direct Support Professional is responsible for providing supervision, support, and guidance to individuals receiving services in a community-based residential setting. This role promotes safety, independence, personal growth, and community integration while implementing individualized support plans and therapeutic interventions. The DSP assists with daily living activities, medication administration, transportation, and documentation while working collaboratively with clinical and residential teams to help individuals achieve their personal goals.
