About The Position
Full-Time Front-End Nights- Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are needed for a new 12-hour shift model designed to support work-life balance while giving you the chance to make a lasting impact. This role involves helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently. The schedule is 12-Hour Shifts, Saturday Night - Monday Night. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
- Comfortable with basic technology for documentation
- Must pass background checks and health screenings
- Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us)
